Pueblo is an abstract 3D building game played on a square grid. A Chieftain pawn roams the outside track of the board, and players take a set of colored blocks and neutral blocks which they use to build a structure in the middle of the board. Each turn players place one of their pieces into the structure they are all building and then move the Chieftain to a new spot on the outside track. If the Chieftain can look through the building and see any player's colored piece that player is penalized. The Chieftain may also look down on the structure from up above and penalize any colors he sees. Once all blocks are placed, the player with the fewest penalties wins.
